We all know how difficult it can be to maintain a truly clean diet, but us Crossfiter’s are constantly reminded during our workouts of just how relevant our diet is. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve cursed myself in the middle of FRAN for having an extra glass of wine or a bag of salty chips the night before.
We all love a good slice of pizza (don’t we?), but if pizza and beer make up 90 or even 50 percent of our diet, what does that make us? A drunken pepperoni?
I’m just saying.
Maybe some of us should reexamine what we want to be and therefore what we eat!
So what do you want to be?
A big greasy sloppy burger? An artificial corrosive cola? How about a crisp, clean vegetable medley or a bright beautiful bowl of berries?

I’ve put together a CrossFit RBB Bike to Bay Team to join in the 1 day, 75 mile bike ride on Saturday, Oct 3rd.
Please support our team (and the National MS Society) by making a donation, however small or large. Your donation will not only support research for a cure, but will also provide programs which address the needs of people living with MS today.
Make your tax deductible donation today!
“I’m riding for my uncle Andre who’s been living with MS for nearly 10 years now.” ~Jessica Perez-Beebe
P.S., We’d love to have you on our team. Email me if you’d like to ride. Bike to Bay is a Delaware tradition, and an overall fun event for a great cause. As long as you can ride a bike, any bike, you can participate.

The rain held off on Saturday and the turn out was great.
Congratulations to the winners and all the participants for putting forth a great effort for a great cause. Because of you we were able to donate several dozen boxes of food to Delaware’s Food Bank. Thank you!
